B.S. in Nutritional Sciences — Basic Sciences Option Requirements

The Basic Sciences option emphasizes laboratory research and incorporates knowledge from chemistry, physiology, and physics.

This option usually leads to a career in laboratory research in the pharmaceutical or food industry, government, or academia.
